Orbi RBK23 won't connect to certain sites/streaming

Hi Genius',

I purchased the Orbi RBK23 system a month ago (one hub, 2 satellites) and has so far been fantastic in terms of speed and range for my older house. My ISP is TPG (I'm in Australia) and previously I was using their issued tp-link VR1600v modem router. When I received the Orbi I connected it to the tp-link VR1600v (which was used as modem) and the wifi through Orbi seems fine for 90% of websites and applications.

However, I have issues connecting to certain websites and applications, espn.com for example says 'Your connection to this site is not private' and prompts for a username and password (using chrome). Same issue utilising other browsers. My Foxtel Go app (streaming service similar to Hulu in US) on my iPhone also has error message and won't stream, however when I disconnect from Orbi wifi and revert to 4G connection, it works fine. I don't havew this issue using other streaming services (Netflix for example). Similarly, I never had problems using tp-link wifi which suggests it's not the ISP. Have also tried logging into the Orbi router (using http://orbilogin.net/ or 10.0.0.1) but it consistently re-prompts for user & password, even after I reset password using security questions numerous times. I also have error message '404 error' on certain webpages. Furthermore, had issues using wired connection from Orbi to Samsung Smart TV & Playstation. TV & Playstation both suggest there is an internet connection but when trying to access apps or playstation store, it's as if there's no connection.

I feel like this is an issue within router settings, however it's frustrating as I can't even login to the Router.

Hoping someone can help!

Regards,

Brenton
