Orbi RBK30 dropping internet connection daily
Orbi drops internet connection daily. Need help fixing this issue. For the first few months of ownership it only happened a few times but we should’ve heeded the warning because it now drops the inter...
Modem is a Motorola surfboard. Don’t know the model # but it does not have a built in router.
No access to the router’s webpage when this happens.
We haven’t tried wired but know it is all wireless.
We do have WiFi neighbors. 5 Networks show up in range of our house.

- It worked for a month. Then we had a power outage and we are back to losing the WiFi every few minutes. We went back and verified that we had adjusted all the settings as you had previously recommended but it still drops every few minutes. Please help. We feel like we wasted money on something that does not work.
