Orbi RBK30. Windows cannot see my NAS drives.

BT hubs don't always play nicely with bridge mode and dmz.
Try leaving it in router mode (disable its wifi) and putting the netgear in access point mode.

Many thanks plemans, it has been a stressful day trying to sort this out and I am delighted that putting the Orbi into access point mode solved the problem and I can now see both NAS drives on my desktop computer.
I am very grateful for your help.
