Orbi RBK43 Speedtest (built in) read low.

Question

I have an Orbi RBK43 Whole Home Wifi system. The main unit has built in Speedtest facility. This has previously agreed with the results that I get from Speedtest running on a laptop directly connected to my router. Recently (I can only assume after an update) the Orbi internal Speedtest now reads approximately half on the download as seen on the external Speedtest. Note: there is no wifi involved in this testing. The laptop and the Orbi are connected to two LAN ports on my service providers Router. No DHCP or NAT is running on the Orbi.

This is frustrating as to date I have used the in built Speedtest to ensure I am getting the correct service from my internet provider.

Hardware: Orbi RBR40

Firware: V2.7.3.22

Would be a Orbi app issue as your testing a external test app and seem to be getting to spec speeds. As long as your seeing good speed there, your ok. Orbi app hasn't been know to be the most accurate.&nbsp;
