Orbi RBK50 - Need help to setup with Singtel

Hi.  Thanks for your advice.  My model of my ONT is as below link and is not a built in router.

I have tried various methods including setting up the VLAN tag group https://kb.netgear.com/000038854/How-do-I-set-up-a-bridge-for-a-VLAN-tag-group-for-my-Orbi-WiFi-System-if-I-live-in-Singapore but it still cannot connect to internet.  Not sure of the reasons.  I tried calling my ISP and they indicated that the ONT is working and that they are unable to help much.  They told me that the issues and settings lie with the Orbi router and not from their side.

Does connecting a PC directly to the ONT work or do you have to make some special configurations on the PC?

    Hi, I’m using the same SingTel router, and facing the same problems in linking. Only way I can access is to have it linked to the router with dual networks. Prefer to just use only the Orbi router, instead of both the Orbi and SingTel router. Any help is appreciated.
