ORBI RBK50 - Network is up but "Offline" - I AM LOSING MY MIND

Can you login to the web GUI (orbilogin.com)? What is the status of the system in the GUI? Does Orbi have an IP address from the ISP modem?

I was able to get there at one point, and it showed me that "no internet access" red badge. I just went back to check the IP and answer your questions and I can't get there at all. The iphone app can't find the Orbi now either. This happened before and it did eventually come back, but I can't tell you why....
This ran for a full year with no issues. I don't understand it.
