Orbi RBK50 - using as a WiFi Extender to Sky Router

HiI have Sky Broadband installed in September 2021.&nbsp; I want to use my old Orbi RBR50/RBS50 devices (bought circa July 2019) as WiFi extenders (RBR running v2.7.3.22) to reach. couple of areas of the house where currently Wifi signal is low.&nbsp;Any help appreciated as it appears these are V1 and not v2.Thx.&nbsp;

The version number does not matter. The RBR50 WAN (yellow) port can be connected to the Sky router with an ethernet cable.&nbsp; (If it was not already) sync the Orbi satellite to the Orbi router.&nbsp; The Orbi will create a WiFi network with probably more total coverage than the Sky router.

From this point, there are a host of possibilities.

If the Orbi network covers the entire space, the Sky WiFi can be turned off to reduce WiFi interference.
Having "two routers" creates a situation called a Double-NAT which can interfere with certain activities. (Internet search for Double-NAT.)&nbsp; Thousands of users never encounter a problem with having two routers.&nbsp; If you happen to be one of the few who are affected, then either the Sky needs to be put into "bridge" mode or the Orbi into Access Point (AP) mode.
