orbi rbk50 issue with remote connect to Q-see 4k security cameras

just purchased an Orbi system (RBK50).  Everything works as well as expected except connecting to a 4k security system from Q-See (model QC826).  Cannot seemed to remote connect.  It seemed to be an IP issue.  Been struggling with this for the past week.

I go thru all the setup & it times out & says you are not connected to the internet. I know the signal is working great because I connected to it with my laptop. I even tried using a paper clip in the little hole to reset it. Any ideas??

i am aware that my security camera  system only works in 2.4 ghz.  The MESH system is a automatic system which connects devices to there best connect and frequecy based on client HW support. So if you have a devices that supports both 2.4Ghz and 5ghz, the MESH system, depending on various factors, will connect the device to the 5Ghz freqency if possible. which in most cases should be preferred and used.  So do i need to create a channel that only works with 2.4?

The QC User Manual does not mention WiFi.  Is this the NVR: https://qplus.dozuki.com/Document/KlkQPgTI5JXWVpgj/QC-NVR-Manual-Blue.pdf

Is it correct to assume that the QC is wired to the Orbi with an ethernet cable and works correctly?
