You may want to try the 2.1 firmware you can manually download it and upload it to your orbi.

Thanks Darren. I have tried 2.1.1.12 and 2.1.1.16 but no luck. wifi connecttion drop every 2-3 days and now all my devices show as connected to router and some device are not showing as connected to any device even though they are. but that's the least of my problem. I am so close to jumping off the orbi ship as I'm tired of all these constant connection issue.
