Where should I send it?
And what data should be sent?____________________________________________
I just checked the e-mail from Netgear and sent a reply.
After all, Netgear's current position is to throw away the product. There is no guarantee, and repair can not proceed. One choice is left. That is, the product has to be discarded.
Though not many, I have tried AS procedures a few times. But this is the first time.
Is any company's product not the pride of its own company?I can hardly understand Netgear, which lets the customer discard the new product.
What kind of global maker does this?- st_shawAug 13, 2017Master
wizzang Netgear's policy is the same as the vast majority of electronic manufacturers.
You bought the product online, from an unauthorized seller, and it was probably used because part of the product was previoulsy registered to another user. If you want warrranty service you must buy from an authorized reseller, and the warranty applies only to the original purchaser.
If Netgear does anything for you, it will be a courtesy from Netgear.
From Netgear's warranty page: https://kb.netgear.com/1113/Warranty-Return-Policy
- Your NETGEAR product must have been purchased from an authorized NETGEAR reseller in order to be eligible for warranty coverage.
- Warranty is for the original purchaser only and is not transferable

If the warranty policy is as Netgear says, I will say "yes".
But I keep asking Netgear two things now.My questions are these.
1. Has Netgear set different costs between products supplied to unauthorized sellers and products supplied
to authorized sellers?
2. Is Netgear equipped with a repair system for the products it releases, regardless of warranty?
Until now Netgear has only talked about unauthorized sellers and netgear`s warranty policy for my questions. In My question "1", if Netgear did not set different costs, Netgear would have taken unfair advantage,
In some cases, the problem of missing taxes may arise.
Because Netgear would have deducted the cost that it does not actually bear.
In My question "2", Netgear has given me no answer to the question I have asked several times.
If Netgear does not have a "repair solution" for the product, it will be absolutely amazing.
Because, in that case, Netgear may be doing business that completely disregards the theme of "eco-friendly",
which is an important issue of modern corporations.
What I think is simple and clear.
If the warranty does not work, suggest a solution that can be repaired.
Whether paid or free.
Or, the compensation sales are also good.
As a result, Netgear sold its failed products within a few months.
If so, would not it be the least conscience of the company that made and supplied such a poor thing?Let me say that the eBay seller I bought from was unauthorized.
Then he would have brought something from somewhere.
Now that Netgear have the serial number, Netgear will know exactly its distribution route.
I want to ask,
To which of the distribution channels was "unauthorized"?
I want to ask again,
Were they "unauthorized" from beginning to end?
I`m really tired.
