Orbi RBK50 wifi has slowed way down

I set up this system a month or more ago and got excellent performance all over the house. Centurylink modem, about 40mbs wired, 20 to 30 wireless. I recently noticed that video was giving me problems and did a speedtest. Very erratic results now, from less than 5 to an occasional 20. No wonder Chromecasting to my TV sucked unless I hard wired my laptop to the network.

I updated to the beta .76, tried changing to channel 11 from auto, turning off multi-media and a few other things. No luck. Any ideas?

    My laptop is a Dell and it wasn't connecting to the 5gz band. I went into device manager and found that the driver was not set for 5gz. I reset it, it is connecting on 5ghz and speed is consistnently above 30mps. Hopefully problem is solved, though I don't understand why 2.4ghz was so flakey. I live in the suburbs without much interferece.
