  • I have had my orbi  for 5 months and had not had any issues until yesterday. The orbi will not connect with the internet. I hooked up my netgear nighthawk  and everything works great. I have tried resetting the orbi back to the factory settings but it has not fixed anything. I cannot get any technical support without paying. What good is a warranty if you cannot discuss a problem with someone? This is so frustrating.  I have used Netgear for over 10 years. What is my Best avenue to take to resolve this problem?
