Thanks for confirming. i assume leave all connections as is, or should is disconnect the Orbi from the gateway when performing the change to bridge mode?

You can leave them all connected. Be sure you are using the WAN port on the RBR to connect to the ISP modem.
- Zip90Sep 21, 2020AspirantMy ISP gateway is in bridge mode, if I hard wire into the orbi it does pass a connection to the internet but I can not log into the Orbi to change it from Access point to Router mode. Any suggestions? Orbilogin .com and .net don’t connect.

Factory reset the RBR with a wired PC connected to the RBR. Use a web browser and walk thru the RBR setup wizard at 192.168.1.1.
