Orbi RBK50V 404 Error and Unencrypted Password

Now when on the Orbi wifi, certain emails will not fully download and or links embedded will generate a 404 error. What I noticed is when I switch to Nighthawk wifi, this works fine.
Other thing is i cannot access Orbilogin.com website while on Orbi wifi. It gives pop up window asking for name and password and says password will be sent unencrypted.
This all got messed up when i did a reset on the Nighthawk but do not know how to fix this! If anyone can walk me thru how to resolve this, it would be greatly appreciated!
