Its possible but that much distance might be an issue. Plus external walls on homes and garages tend to be issues. Reason why is they tend to have materials that block wifi like tin siding, adobe, cement board, foil lined insulation, etc.
You could always test it by moving your one satellite to that side of the home and seeing what reception you get at the garage. If you don't get any, its going to be to much distance/materials blocking. Then you'd want to look at a point to point system or buring a underground ethernet wire.
