30 feet is recommended in between RBR and RBS to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected. https://kb.netgear.com/000036466/How-far-should-I-place-my-Orbi-satellite-from-my-Orbi-router
25 feet maybe too close.
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Please try a factory reset and setup from scratch with the RBR and RBS.
Try enabling Beamforming and MIMO(MIMO may or maynot be needed) and WMM. Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings
Try disabling the following and see:
Armor, Circle, Daisy Chain, Fast Roaming, IPv6 and Set 20/40Mhz Coexistence to 40Mhz only. Set Short preamble instead of Long preamble modes. Save settings and reboot the router and satellite(s).

Thank you for the reply. My ISP is charter and I currently have the Spectrum E31T2V1 cable modem. I have the 200mbps plan
I performed a factory reset yesterday and also have the following settings set:
ipv6 disabled
Upnp disabled
armour disabled
daisy chain enabled
Beam forming enable
MIMO enabled
Wmm enabled
2.4 channel 1 & 6
5 channel 48
Changed domain name server to 8.8.8.8
I have tried distances between 25-40 feet. There was no improvement but the further away, the slower the speeds. I am sure there are other settings i tried that i have not listed

uPnP should be enabled.
So are you getting disconnects with just the RBR or with the entire system?
