Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
I haven't tried a factory reset since I first got the ORBI in 2018 (three years ago). I'll do it a factory reset this weekend. Hopefully it will fix it. I have sonic fiber internet and the ONT is Adtran 411. Just an FYI, there's about 25 to 35 devices connected at once, idk if thats useful information.
Lets try a reset on the RBR and power OFF the ONT for 1 minute then back ON. Walk thru the setup wizard. Do not enabled Armor or Parental controls just yet.
Orbi is capable of handling that amount of devcies...
I factory reset my orbi and within 24 hours theres another unwant reboot of router. oh well i went ahead and purchased the rbk853
Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Orbi AX product. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Orbi AX and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this "general Orbi" forum.
