Orbi RBK53

I need to hardwire the two Satellites to the Orbi router. When I attached the satellitese with a lan cable the whole system locks up

    Maybe things have changed recently, but before attaching LAN cable (wired backhaul), you have to setup backhaul via wireless first.  If you've already done that, please ignore this.

    What Firmware is currently loaded?
    What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?
    Is the Orbi system operating in Router or AP mode?

    What is the Mfr and model# of the ethernet switch if one is in the configuration.

    Be sure Daisy chain is disabled on the RBR.
