Orbi RBK53S - having problems connecting to the router via the computer
Can't login to the router from my computer comes back with an this error message, what does this mean, is there another way to gain access to the router functions? Thanks for the help in advance!! ...
As you have probably learned already, the "500" error is not particularly helpful.
Can you please describe more about HOW you are trying to access the Orbi web interface:
- What kind of computer is it?
- Is it connected to the Orbi over WiFi or using an ethernet cable?
- Which browser are you using?
- What URL (web address) was intered in the browser?
"orbilogin.com"? "orbilogin.net"? or the actual IP address of the Orbi router?
(Hint: the Orbi IP address is usually the same as the "gateway IP address" that your network adapter is using.) - Is the Orbi configured in "router mode" or in "access point (AP) mode"?
