Orbi RBK53v2 + ProSafe GS116Ev2 -> Orbi loses connection
Hi all, Hoping anyone has seen the same and has a solution. I just purchased 2 ProSafe GS116eV2 switches and tried to connect them to my existing home network, which has a couple of intel, t...
Problem maybe that the 116s are managed switches. Be sure all IGMP, loopback and any green ethernet features are disabled on the switches.
Its recommedned to run only same brand and model switch if you need more then one or daisy chained switches. Non managed are preferred.
Connections with RBR to modem/router should be direct, then with switches should be as follows:
