Orbi RBK7535S mesh is not receiving internet signal when connecting to Xfinity router/modem combo.

Question

I was told to enable the Bridge feature with the existing Xfininity router/modem combo so that the Orbi router could be used instead. I was able to follow the setup app and it recognized our devices and the two satellites. However the app show internet offline.

I have powered down the modem and Orbi router several times but no luck. I notified in some of the help that "bridge" should not be used which seem contradictory.

Appreciate any advice
