Thank you for your reply. Gave me some ideas to look into. Turns out it was my smart switch that was constantly hitting the time server. Interesting on how it said it was the IP of the router instead of the IP of the switch. Regardless, the issue is resolved. I turned off SNTP time sync on the switch.
