Did you get a RBR or a RBS?
What model Orbis do you have? RBR or RBS?
Is the RBR or RBS directly wired to the RBR or is there a ethernet switch in between?
I have three RBR 20, all of show up on mobile devices, but will none will connect to the internet, they also will not pass through the wired connection at the outlet Ethernet port.

read my post again, You have to trace that wired connection to see how it is connected.
I tried three wired ports, all wired directly to Spectrums modem, no breaks, no switches, plus the fact that on Orbi has been working for a couple of years. It is only when I brought the used Orbi into the house did the older stop working and the new one too for that matter.
It is also interesting to note, that the one Orbi was working until i bought a "used" one on EBay.
then i bought a new on a few days ago from Amazon and it does work either. Could the "used" on have contaminated the other two?
