Orbi RBR 50 My PC cannot find Orbi network yet my other devices can.

Question

I changed my Orbi to an Access point and then changed it back and my PC found the Orbi network but I then had to switch it off and my PC no longer can find Orbi. Every other device (4PCs, iPad and numerous phones all work fine). So it has worked previously but not now. Help!!

I would make sure your PC has the latest wireless drivers then go into the wireless settings and tell it to forget the orbi network and then search again.

Unfortunately done all that but it still cannot see the Orbi network. Any other suggestions?

You could try to lower the wireless channel and see if the PC can see the network.

I'm sorry but I didn't understand your reply. Lower the wireless channel, did you mean 2.4 ghz rather than 5ghz? Currently both are operating so how will that make the netwrok appear?

under the wireless settings in orbi you can change the channel for each band see if that will make a difference.
