Orbi RBR 50 slow download speed, but upload OK

For a year my Orbi RBR50 worked perfectly fine. I have a 500MB download/500MB upload fibra connection, but now I get only 3MB download while the upload continues at full speed. The Orbi is directly connected to the fibre router. I have disconnected it, restarted it, but to no avail. What can I do?

    What Firmware version is currently loaded?
    What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

     

    How are you speed testing? Wired or wireless. Wired is preferred thru the RBR. 

     

    What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
    What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS📡 to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.

     

    Try disabling the following and see:
    Armor, Circle, Traffic Meter.
