Orbi RBR 50V2 Satellites Not Connecting

Found the file to update the satellites. In the process now.
I moved one of the satellites right next to the router and it connected, so it's like the signal from the router isn't strong enough to reach the satellites in the locations where they have been all along. Kind of defeats the purpose of the satellites.
