Orbi RBR 50V2 Satellites Not Connecting
I have an Orbi RBR50V2 and three satellites. They were all working fine until recently, but now two of my satellites won't connect. They give me the magenta circle of death. I have not moved the ...

There are known issues with the v2.5.0.x firmware releases, so I recommend manually upgrading your firmware to v2.5.1.8. I would also recommend moving the satellites that are not syncing closer to the router (about 30 feet) and make sure that they sync in that location before upgrading the firmware.
Go to https://www.netgear.com/support/product/RBR50.aspx#download and download and extract the ZIP file for the RBR50 and then install the rbr50-v2.5.1.8.img file under the Manual Firmware install menu of the RBR50 router. Once the router is updated, the satellites should update themselves and reboot themselves to match. If the satellites do not update themselves to v2.5.1.8, then you need to also download and extract the ZIP file for the RBS50 satellite and login to the web interface of each satellite and upload the rbs50-v2.5.1.8.img file using their manual firmware install menu. Be sure to use the RBR files for the router and RBS files for the satellites.
Once the router and satellites are running v2.5.1.8, move the satellites back to their original locations and see if they sync again.

Yeah as well!
I really wish that NG would autoupdate users that are running the v2.5.0.x releases to v2.5.1.8 rather than everyone having to manually update the firmware to fix the v2.5.0.x issues they created with that buggy release tree. They retracted v2.5.0.x from being autoupdated after numerous users reporting issues, but that left any users with broken v2.5.0.x firmware on their systems.

Oh, dear. Back to magenta on both satellites.

Now one is good and one is magenta. I'll reboot a time or two and see what happens.
