Orbi RBR 50V2 Satellites Not Connecting
I have an Orbi RBR50V2 and three satellites. They were all working fine until recently, but now two of my satellites won't connect. They give me the magenta circle of death. I have not moved the ...

Found the file to update the satellites. In the process now.

One is good and one is good when I move it closer to the router. All three of my satellites look good on the orbi website. I'm afraid the solution may be that the one I had to move closer may just have to be closer, but I really need it in its original location to power a security camera.
What about daisy chain? Can I force it to daisychain with the one satellite that was never an issue? If not, maybe I'll have to buy a fourth satellite. That's not my preferred solution, though.

Do you have Daisy Chaining enabled? It is under the Advanced tab -> Advanced Settings -> Wireless Settings menu on the router web GUI. If it is not enabled, then I suggest enabling it. If it is enabled, then you may need to move the satellite that is having issues further from the router, yet closer to another satellite. For example, if your first satellite is 30 feet from the router, then place this satellite 60 feet from the router and 30 feet from the first satellite.
From the help menu:
Enable Daisy-Chain Topology
This feature allows Orbi Satellite to connect to other Orbi Satellites. This feature only applies if you have three or more Orbi. When you disable this feature, Orbi Satellites can only connect only to the Orbi Router. Enabling or disabling this feature causes all your Orbi to reboot.

I finally bit the bullet and bought two more satellites. I don't know why two of my originals decided not to work in their original locations, but even after updating the firmware and making sure daisy chain was enabled, they kept going off-line.
With more satellites, I have been able to place them closer together, and it looks like they're all going to stay on-line now.
Thank you for all your good tips. I'm sure the firmware upgrade was an excellent idea.
