Orbi RBR 850 speedtest doesn't work with orbi app

As others have mentioned, Netgear has created separate community forums for

It is more likely that a question posted in one of those forums will attract the attention of someone who has experienced this problem.
I am assuming that the Speedtest app (or web site) works correctly using a computer, tablet, or smartphone, and fails only when using the Orbi "app". Does it work when using the Orbi web interface (on the Advanced Tab, Setup Menu item)?
If it is only the "app" that fails, then the App forum seems like the best place to post.
If the RBR850 web interface fails, then the AX forum.
As long as the Orbi appears to be delivering good service, I would rank this as "curious, but not important."
