ORBI RBR10 - Text Messages Not Working

I'm having an issue with my ORBI RBR10 system. I have an Android Motorola G Stylus 2022 5G and whenever I'm connected to WiFi, I cannot receive any text messages. Phone calls are also extremely intermittment, although Wi-Fi calling is turned off. I believe the Messages by Google app uses both WiFi and Cellular Connection. Once I disconnect from Wi-Fi, I receive a flood of all the text messages that were not coming through. I thought this was a Wi-Fi only issue, but it does not seem to be an issue at my work network or elsewhere, only at home. I just completely reset and re-setup my Orbi system last night and I'm still having the same problem. I didn't have it before on my prior cellphone. My cellular provider has also tried a million things, resetting my line, factory reset my phone, the only thing I'm left to think is the culprit is my home WiFi system. FYI, I'm using a modem only through Spectrum (Arris TM1602)

    This sounds like a great opportunity for experimentation.  Test more phones when connected to your WiFi.

    (friends, relatives, neighbors)  If everybody else can send/receive text messages but you, then......

    i've seen a ton of issues with googles messaging  because it defaults through wifi but then doesn't connect back to google's server properly. If you do a quick google search, you'll see a bunch of posts about it regardless of what modem/gateway/router is used.
