Orbi RBR10 - WiFi Stopped Working
My laptop stopped connecting to the Orbi satellite for some reason. I tried rebooting both but no luck. And my tech support ran out in August. Murphy’s Law : ) Any help would be appreciated.
Are any other devices having issues?
Or only the laptop?
What error does it give you? Connected, no internet? Can't see the ssid? Can't connect, incorrect password?

Sry yes the iPhone is connecting.
So it’s something relating to the laptop.
I ran a diagnostic and it says something about the IP not working.
But I didn’t change anything on my laptop.
Could that be the issue?
And if yes, ideas to remedy it?

What modem/gateway is connected?
Does the laptop work if wired into the orbi?
What firmware is on the orbi?
Is the laptop saying there's an IP address conflict or what actual message is it?
- The Orbi is connected to a standard router which is running fine.
The troubleshoot message says “Wi-Fi doesn’t have a valid IP configuration”
I’m on an HP Elitebook on Windows 10.
I’m looking for the ethernet adapter to try plugging the laptop directly to the Orbi.the orbi is a router. It shouldn't be connected to a "standard router" unless you have it setup properly to avoid a double nat.
so what actual router is it connected to? (model)
And what gateway is that router connected to?
