Orbi RBR10 does not connect to all satellites and defaults to anywhere access
Up until a few weeks ago my ORBI RBR10 router and 3 satellites worked perfectly. Today the RBR10 conects Via Anywhere Access by default but I have lost all communication with my 3 RBS10 Satellites. I have rebooted but nothing seems to work. When selecting local access my 3 satelites do not show up at all. How do I fix this?

This post appears to contain two issues:
- Behavior of the Orbi 'app'
- Whether the Orbi router and satellites are functioning correctly.
For the past week (or so) the Orbi app (at least the Android version) has gone wacko. If the user happened to have enabled Anywhere Access, then the app connects through the Netgear Cloud (Anywhere Access). If the user has not enabled Anywhere Access, the app tries to connect locally and fails with an obscure message about "Login timed out". Trying to change from Anywhere to Local results in the same behavior.
The app is supposed to report the same information whether connected through the cloud or locally.
"lost all communication..." seems to indicate that the Orbi app is showing only the router, correct (no pictures of satellites)?
Or, do the satellites appear with a strange marking?
If you remember the router administrative password, it would be helpful to open the Orbi web browser interface and look at the Attached Devices web page.
