Orbi RBR10 internet is unavailable

My Orbi RBR10 is coming up with the "internet is unavailable" message. I tried power cycling the modem, restarting the orbi, using a different ethernet cord and a few other things that similar thread...

I just bought the device new 2 days ago and have not been able to get it to connect at all.

      No connection is making it through the orbi. The previously working items no longer are with the modem>orbi>switch variation
