What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?
Do you have a PC or laptop with a wired ethernet connection? If so, you can set up the RBR and system by connecting the wired PC to the RBR, use a web browser and navigate to 192.168.1.1 or orbilogin.com. Walk thru the setup wizard here.
