Orbi RBR20 and Linksys MX4200 Fibre modem

Does Plex require ports to be forwarded through the router? Surely the Linksys router has that capability.
Yes it does, but I don't know how to do it.

p.s. is the Linksys MX4200 yours, or something supplied by the Internet Service Provider (ISP)? (Mayb with a monthly charge?) For fiber service, there may not be a need for a router in addition to the RBK20 package.
The Linksys is provided by my ISP. Can my RBR20 connect to my fibre box directly, if I remove the Linksys?
