ORBI RBR20, cannot use VPN on my Corporate PC , I'm using AP mode, PC is using AnyConnect

As you have surmised, Access Point (AP) mode means that the Orbi is doing nothing to regulate traffic.
Probably the first step is to conect the PC directly to the ISP router and see if it works.
From the little I have read about AnyConnect, it is FAR superior to the Cisco VPN software of 10 years ago in terms of ease of use.
If this corporate PC is a laptop, I would also create a Hot Spot with my cell phone and see if the PC will connect that way.
(Oh, geez. Does this PC have an ethernet port that will connect to the ISP router?)
