YES i did it but nothing happened always the same issue
you can try recovering it via tftp.
are you on windows? if so, follow this guide

just make sure you enable tftp

and if that doesn't work, you can try using nmrpflash
thank you for the answer and help; i downgraded the vesion of the firmware but the router keeps rebooting over and over again every 10 seconds.

IT SEEMS THAT THE PROBLEM CAME FROM THE SATTELITE, yesterday i've tried to turn on the router without the satellite and it worked fine but when i turn on the satellite there where the problems begins and the router keeps rebooting so i guess the issue is related to the connection between the satellite and the router.
