Obtained lease: less than 30 minutes ago.
I don’t think this has got anything to do with DNS settings. Tried 8.8.8.8. If anything, it made things slower.

If disconnecting/connecting the WAN cable resolves the issue then this is very likely a DHCP request issue.
I don't understand what you mean by "less than 30 minutes ago". Please take a snapshot of the Orbi status window abot the lease time.

Less than 30 minutes ago means that the lease was obtained under 30 minutes ago. I don’t quite understand how this might help, but here you go.
- Can you please add the snapshot as an attachment instead of as a picture otherwise I will not be able to see it until a moderator approves the picture. :)
