ORBI RBR20 Download speed
I have a 7-year old ORBI RBR20 mesh router (firmware v 2.7.3.22) with one satellite connected to the internet via a 7-year old Netgear CM700 cable modem. I contract with Suddenlink for 400 Mbps down...
The most common diagnostic tool is to test speed when connected directly to the modem. This requires a computer with an ethernet port, which many customers no longer possess. One might assume that this is what the Suddenlink technician did. (Or, not.)
