Orbi RBR20 Not holding charge
Hello all,
My Orbi RBR20 is having trouble holding a charge. I cannot tell if the 12V AC cord has issues or if the connector inside the back of the Orbi is loose. I do know that the connection feels a little loose. My question is whether I would need to purchase a specific replacement cord or if there is a universal cord that could work. also, if the problem is with the connector at the back of the router, what are my options? I purchased this unit about 2 years ago and do not have extended warranty.

When you plug in the power cord, does the "Power LED" turn green and stay lit?
