Orbi RBR20 says it is offline on the app and has a magenta circle next to it.
I have restarted multiple times and have tried following instructions from other people with similar problems but to no avail. My ISP is fmctc (a local provider) and it was connected for a few minutes...

My ISP is fmctc (a local provider) and it was connected for a few minutes when I first set it up. Now it just says it is offline unless I do remote connect but even then it still doesn’t work on other devices. Any tips would help, thanks!
is it really off line or are you relying on the app?
- JCH33KApr 06, 2020AspirantSome devices (such as my phone) can connect and use certain apps. But other phones in the house cannot connect and our family playstation and computers can find the wifi but it says there is a connection error.

What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?
Is the Orbi system operating in Router or AP mode?Have you powered OFF the ISP modem and RBR for 30 seconds, then back ON with the ISP modem and let it sync then power ON the RBR...wait for ready.
- JCH33KApr 06, 2020AspirantSo our internet comes in from the provider and goes into a POE, which then leads into our modem/router which for some reason has no brand name or any way to identify it. Then there are three Ethernet cables than run to their respective ports(for computers) and one that connects to the orbi. The modem/router has a green light saying it is supplying internet to the orbi. I do not know where the connection is lost
