Orbi RBR20 says it is offline on the app and has a magenta circle next to it.
I have restarted multiple times and have tried following instructions from other people with similar problems but to no avail. My ISP is fmctc (a local provider) and it was connected for a few minutes...
What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?
Is the Orbi system operating in Router or AP mode?
Have you powered OFF the ISP modem and RBR for 30 seconds, then back ON with the ISP modem and let it sync then power ON the RBR...wait for ready:

Now it just says it is offline unless I do remote connect but even then it still doesn’t work on other devices. Any tips would help, thanks!
