Orbi rbr20 solid red light
My Orbi RBR20 stopped working suddenly. It is showing a solid red light in the power light and no ring light. I have internet on my modem since I can connect my computer but my router is like dead.. n...
Some things to try.
Try another power supply. If that doesn't work:
"30-30-30" Reset
With the router powered on, hold the reset button in for 30 seconds.
Continue to hold the reset button in and unplug the router, holding it in for another 30 seconds.
Plug the router back in, with the reset button still held, and continue to hold it in for another 30 seconds.
If that doesn't work:
Make sure the Orbi is off, no lights. Unplug the power supply from the wall, keeping it plugged in the Orbi. Then hold down the reset button and press and hold the power button for 1 minute. After that plug in the power supply and press the power button.
If that does not work, contact Netgear support.
