Orbi RBR20 with satellites

Hello, I have an Orbi system with two satellites.  My network app on my phone shows all three devices with a strong signal but the Network Map only shows devices connected to the main router. How do I get devices to connect to the closest satellite?

    The app shows the satellites "connected" to the router? 

    Do you have a device that can access the Orbi web interface with a web browser?

    (Smartphone screens are very frustrating to use with a web site intended for computers or tablets.)

      I'm sorry, I didn't get a notice on your reply. Thank you for your help. Yes, the app on my phone shows both satellites are up and running.

       

      You asked, "Do you have a device that can access the Orbi web interface with a web browser?" I do have smart TVs that allow me to get onto a browser.  I also have computers.
