I am 99% certain that eatathabaneros.com is not asking for anything.  There have been a number of posts about Orbi networks suddenly throwing up web errors.  If you could take a screen shot of this specific instance, people on the forum could offer advice.  For example, when a person attempts to log into the Orbi web interface with incorrect credentials three times in a row, this web page appears:

This message is from the Orbi router, not some other web site.
