A few things.
- Sonos doesn't play nicely with mesh systems. If you search their forums, you'll find tons of posts about it. I'd highly recommend looking through their forums for more/better tips. There's a few things you can make sure you do to try to help with it.
- You put you have fios. verizon likes to install modem/router combo devices for their gateway. Is that what you have? What modem/gateway is the orbi connected to? HOw is it setup? in passthrough mode? or the orbi's ip address in its dmz? or the orbi in access point mode? One of these are needed to prevent a double nat (sonos doesn't play nicely with double nat's either)
- Not sure much about the equipment you have from sonos but all my reading has shown that any hubs/bridges need to be connected to the primary router. So make sure any of those are directly connected to the orbi router. Unless you have it in access point mode. Then it should connect to the fios gateway.
