Orbi RBR40 cannot stream Hulu
So for some reason, it appears the Orbi I have is doing something that prevents hulu from streaming, and I cannot figure out why. I recently signed up a few weeks ago during the black Friday special ...

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Hulu would be the only ones who know what that error code is. Something to ask them about.

Hello and thank you.
The Orbi firmware is v2.7.4.24
The ONT "brand" says frontier. I looked around at the labels, and I can't tell who the manufacturer is, but I attached an image of it.
Hulu said that the error message usually means that my speed isn't good enough. but they said with my stats, i should be ok. Hulu support basically had me test the speed, restart the router, and they did some unspecified stuff on their side. then they said they did everything they could do, and told me to call my ISP. My ISP looked into it, and their reasoning is that if every other website like Netflix is working, it is a hulu issue.
but what seems odd is it works when i hardwire directly to the tv, but not when I hardwire from the orbi to the TV.

Thats a lucent I-211M-L ONT. I don't believe it has a built in router by the looks of it.
Possible wireless issue between the TV and the Orbi system if ethernet connected TV is working.
How close is the TV to the RBR in feet?
What channels are you using on the RBR? Try 1 and 40 or 11 or 48. Need to change this on the RBRs web page with a web browser.
Any RBS deployed?
If TV is working ethernet connected, might leave the cable connected. Ethernet will always out perform wireless.

the TV is about 3 feet away from the router.
the channels were set to Auto and 48. i just changed to 1 and 40 now. No change in the issue.
i have 2 satellites set up.
I guess I could get a splitter and use that to hardwire to the tv. I don't have one on hand though. If I hardwire now, i would have to disconnect eternet cable from the orbi to plug it into the TV.
And that would only fix one TV, but it is something.
