Orbi RBR40 Degradation

If I turn back on the wifi bands of the ATT router and connect to it, I'm getting 600/600 again.
This is an older model Orbi, but the specs say it can get speeds up to 800, so I don't see why this should be happening. No matter which way I set it up, I can't get the same speeds connected through the Orbi. even when right next to the router. https://routerlogin.uno/
Has anyone experienced this and did you find a solution?
