Orbi RBR40 Disconnects
Hello all. Frustrated here and looking for some guidance.
I have an Orbi RBR40 and 3 RBW30 satellites purchased new in late 2017. This system has been flawless and has worked wonderfully up until about 3 months ago. Started with random disconnects, now has become a daily issue. Usually multiple times a day. The router will usually come back online by itself after about 10 minutes, or if I do a manual reboot. Nothing has changed in my house, router/satellite location etc.
I have upgraded the firmware on the router (v2.7.3.22) and satellites (v2.6.2.6) and have done a full factory reset. Worked good for a couple of days and then back to the daily disconnects. All default settings for the router. Modem is a TP-Link TC7650 purchased by me (not Xfinity provided). Modem is not losing connectivity when this happens.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS📡 to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.

What happens if you turn OFF ALL RBWs and just use the RBR alone?
Do you see any top ring LED turn ON on the RBR when the RBR disconnects?
