What Firmware version is currently loaded?
Are you experiencing this on both wired and wireless?
What ISP Service do you have? Cable or DSL?
What ISP Modem Mfr. and model # do you have?
What ISP Modem service link speeds UP and Down do you have?
Any other wireless neighbors near by? IF so, how many?
Try setttinh manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and any unused channel on 5Ghz.
Disable MIMO, Daisy Chain and Fast Roaming and IPv6
